Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return all UNWORN / UNUSED items in original package with all tags attached for an exchange, package must arrive at our office within 15 days from the date you received your order.

If you need an exchange fast, we recommend you to purchase your replacement item now by placing a new order and ship the original unworn item back to us for a refund, this will expedite the time and you will receive the item faster.

In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your shipment we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If you do not contact us via email regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours it means that your order has been correctly received, no claims will be accepted after the 48 hours.

For exchange of any Swimwear the Hygienic Protector and all tags MUST be attached to the garment, we will not accept returns for any swimwear where the hygienic protector has been removed or damaged.

For exchange of any item/s that includes Stockings, Thongs, G-string, Panties, Teddies, Bodysuits and/or any intimate apparel that cover the crotch as a part of lingerie set, please do not try the intimate part of the lingerie set on, try on only the main part of the set such as bustier, babydoll or chemise, you wont be able to exchange the set if the intimate part (stockings, thongs, panties) has been tried on.

For exchange of any Shoes and/or footwear, Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly to the shoe box. To protect the original packaging, wrap the shoe box in shipping paper or place it inside a shipping bag or outer box before returning it. A $10.00 packaging fee will be deducted if the shoe box is returned damaged or missing.

All returnable item/s must be in a sellable condition, this means that WORN, SOILED, WASHED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED merchandise will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you, SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Returns will be granted on all package postmarked back to us within 15 days of receiving the merchandise, with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and the Return Form enclosed.

Before shipping back the merchandise you must contact us via e-mail at returns@girlielingerie.com to obtain the Return Authorization number (RA#) and the return form. Only one (1) RA# number is issued per order. All items being returned must be included under a single RA#.
In your e-mail, please provide:
• Order Number
• Full name, phone number and shipping address
• Your request and reason for an exchange
• Item number, color and size returned

Reply will be made to you by e-mail within 24 business hours containing detailed instruction, Return Form and return authorization number (RA#).
Shipping charges are not refundable in any circumstances.
Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.
For your protection when returning merchandise, Please be sure to send it using delivery confirmation and retain your receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for return cost or any returned package that are lost in transit or do not reach us.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days, without return authorization number and/or return form.

Once your return reaches our return center, all returns typically take about 15 business days to process. Please allow an additional 5–7 days for your store credit to appear on your account. Please note that we do not process exchanges or issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that do not qualify for a return and/or exchange are:

Panties, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bodysuits, Slings, Crotchless (Items that cover the crotch can not be returned)
Stockings
Pasties and Nippies
Wigs
Items purchased on Sales and/or Clearance
WORN, SOILED, WASHED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED merchandise.
For your protection, health regulation prohibits the return or exchange of intimate apparel, Including but not limited to Thongs, Underwear, Intimate Lingerie, Swimwear, Intimate Costumes or any other garment of that nature.

Girlielingerie.com has the right to refuse any package that does not have a Return Authorization number included on the outside of the returned box. No refunds will be given on refused shipments and the package will be ship back to the customer at customer's expense.


Halloween Return Policy (From October 1st through October 31st)
  • No refunds will be given on Halloween costumes and Halloween shoes ordered/purchased from October 1st through October 31st.
  • If you ordered any Halloween costume and/or Halloween Shoes on October 1st through October 31st consider your purchase to be a final sale.
  • In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your shipment we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If you do not contact us via email regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours it means that your order has been correctly received, no claims will be accepted after the 48 hours.
  • If you order any Halloween costume and/or Halloween Shoes on October 1st through October 10th you are eligible for an exchange only, we strongly recommend you to purchase your replacement item now by placing a new order and ship the original unworn item back to us for a store credit, this will expedite the time and you will receive the item faster.
